What is Kaspr?

Kaspr is an all-in-one prospecting platform that lets you retrieve your prospect’s contact information from the web instantly. We're built for businesses like yours, and give you instant access to new leads, contact information, and ever-evolving data.

What is included in Kaspr's Free Plan?

In the freemium version of Kaspr, a single user gets:

  • 5 Phone Credits per month 📞

  • 5 Direct Email Credits per month ✉️

  • 10 Export Credits per month 🌐

  • Unlimited B2B Emails (after inviting three colleagues with gold invitations!) 🚀

💡 You can be up to 20 colleagues in the same free workspace, and each member has their own set of credits, they cannot be shared among the team.

🚨 Remark: On the Kaspr Free Plan, you start with 10 free Export Credits, which means you can only export 10 contact profiles. You can export to a CSV or Excel file, or one of your CRM integrations.

How do I create a Kaspr account? What do I need to set up an account?

To create and setup a Kaspr account there are two main requirements: a verified business email and at least 20 connections on your LinkedIn account. This measure is implemented to safeguard our users' security and deter the creation of spam accounts.

When I want to find a phone number, will it be a company landline number or the person's personal number?

Kaspr finds both personal and professional phone numbers, with a focus on providing you with the direct mobile numbers of your leads. We may also provide company landlines.

What information does Kaspr collect and use from Kaspr's Free membership members?

The information that Kaspr collects from its Free membership users are their business email and LinkedIn account details.

How do I cancel my membership?

To cancel your subscription plan and membership, please follow the process outlined in this article.

Who can participate in Kaspr's Free plan?

Kaspr's Free plan is for B2B business professionals. Private individuals cannot open a Kaspr account with a public email address (i.e. Yahoo, Gmail, and Hotmail).

To be eligible to join Kaspr, you need to:

  1. Sign up for Kaspr with a business email, which we will verify by sending you a confirmation link.

  2. Have at least 20 connections on LinkedIn, this is done to safeguard our users' security and deter the creation of spam accounts.

What if I have more questions?

How do I leave my free workspace if I’m the only admin ?

If you wish to leave your free Workspace, you can delete it by simply clicking the trash icon at the top right corner. You will need to join another or create a new workspace to continue using the Kaspr features. To learn more about Workspaces on Kaspr, click here.

Can we associate one license with several users?

No, it's not possible to associate one license to multiple users. Each license is for one user only, representing one seat in your workspace for one team member. For more information on workspaces and setting them up, click here.

If a lead has 2 Phone numbers, do I spend 2 Phone Credits ?

Regardless of the number of phone numbers associated with a lead, it will always costs 1 Phone Credit per lead. Therefore, if you enrich 3 phone numbers from one profile, it will only cost you 1 Phone Credit. The same principle applies to B2B email Credits and Direct email Credits.

How do I join an already existing Workspace?

There are two ways to join a Workspace. The first is to receive an invitation, and the second is to request to join a Workspace.

Joining a Workspace via an invitation:

Step 1: You've been invited to join a Workspace. Click on the link you've received in your email.

Haven't received your email yet?

If you haven't received your email yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check the spam folder

  2. Check if your email is correct

  3. Contact us on our chatbot

Step 2: The link will take you to Kaspr's dashboard in the Workspace section. Click on accept.

Now you are a member of a new Workspace!

Joining a Workspace via a request:

Step 1: Go to your dashboard and select Workspace.
Step 2: Find a workspace you would like to join and click Join.

The admins of the Workspace will then receive a notification, and once they approve your request, you will become a member of the workspace.

How do I join a Workspace if I've already created my own? How to join a Workspace if you've already created one?

If you've already created your own Workspace, to join another you need to first delete your Workspace. You can do this by simply clicking the trash icon at the top right corner. Then you can join your team's Workspace either by invitation or by requesting to join it from the Workspace page on your dashboard.

Sales Automations: Workflows & Bulk Enrichment

Why do I have a message saying, “you have 3 launches left” or “0 searches remaining” ?

Based on your Kaspr plan, you have a specific allocation of launches, which refers to how many times you can start the workflow or sales automation to enrich leads. Each time you initiate the workflow counts as a launch or a search (the wording is interchangeable). These launches and searches both define how many times you can use with the feature to enrich your leads. Therefore, the message informs you of your remaining launches or searches depending on your plan.

Why is my file status “failed” in the Bulk Enrichment? Why does my Bulk Enrichment file say 'failed'?

If your Bulk Enrichment file status is 'Failed', there are three possible explanations for this.

  • An unexpected error, in this case you may try enriching the file again.

  • You may not have enough credits and need to purchase more in order to enrich all the leads in your CSV file.

  • We were unable to fine the contact data associated with your leads.

How many automation workflows can I create and launch?

When you launch a workflow, you automatically gather a list of contacts, retrieving their emails and phone numbers. The number of automated workflows you can create and launch depends on your plan:

  • Kaspr Free plan

    • 1 Enrichment workflow

    • 3 Launches per month (enrich up to 25 contacts per search)

  • Starter plan

    • 3 Enrichment workflows

    • Launch 3 times per month (enrich up to 500 contacts per search)

  • Business plan

    • Unlimited Enrichment workflows

    • 10 Launches per month (enrich up to 1000 contacts per launch)

  • Organization plan

    • Unlimited Enrichment workflows

    • Enrich up to 2500 contacts per launch

Why can’t I export my leads?

Each time you export a lead from the Kaspr dashboard, it will cost one Export Credit. Additionally, you may not be able to export a Bulk Enrichment file if you have run out of the amount of Export Credits needed to complete this action.

Please note that while a Phone Credit, B2B email Credit, and Direct email Credit can only be spent once on a lead's profile, Export Credits are spent every time you export your lead's profile outside the Kaspr platform. It's best practice to limit the amount of times you export your leads to avoid overspending your Export Credits!

Does Kaspr integrate with top CRM tools?

Billing

How do Kaspr credits work?

A credit is the currency we use in exchange for valuable contact information. One credit corresponds to one piece of contact information. There are four types of credits at Kaspr: B2B (professional) email Credits, Phone Credits, Direct (personal) email Credits, and Export Credits (for exporting your leads into your CRM). Will my plan be renewed automatically?

Yes, our subscriptions are automatically renewed depending on the type of subscription you’ve chosen (monthly or annually) and can be updated at any time. Please confirm your credit card expiration date to avoid payment issues.

Can I purchase add-on credits at any time?

Yes! Purchasing add-on credits allows you to customize your own plan with the type and amount of credits you need. You’ll receive the credits after the payment is confirmed, and these add-ons will be taken into account for your next renewal period.

How do I find my invoices ?

You can find your invoices on the Plan & Billing tab on the Billing page of the dashboard. Scroll down to the Payment history section to download the PDFs of your monthly or annual invoices. For more information on downloading your payment invoices, click here.

How can I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription plan and membership, please follow the process outlined in this article.

Can I pay monthly ?

You can pay a monthly subscription for our Starter and Business plans, however the Organization plan is only available as an annual subscription (the credits you receive will be for the whole year).

Which payment methods do you offer?

We offer payment via bank card or bank transfer for both annual and monthly billing cycles. The bank transfer is only possible for annual plans with a minimum price of 1,000 euros without tax, or with at least 2 licenses.

Can I pay my monthly subscription by bank transfer?

No, you can only pay annual subscription plans via bank transfer. For monthly plans you will need to pay with a bank card.

Can I pause my subscription (and keep my credits)?

For the moment it is not possible to pause your subscription plan, the only way to stop the billing cycle is to unsubscribe and cancel your plan. However, in this case the credits that are unused will not be conserved due to them being dependent on the subscription itself.

Why can I no longer see my credits, even if I paid for them?

If you can no longer see your credits there is probably a problem with your payment method. Please visit the Billing page on your dashboard to update your payment information.

Is Kaspr’s data GDPR and CCPA aligned?

Kaspr is aligned with GDPR and CCPA principles. However, if you are California US resident, you cannot login to Kaspr due to specific regulations of the CCPA.
