Overview

Kaspr’s Bulk Enrichment feature makes it super easy to find emails and phone numbers from a single CSV file 📁⚡ Skip adding contacts one by one—you can now level up your efficiency and enrich thousands of profiles in seconds!

⚙️ Heads up: This feature is currently in Beta, so you might notice some discrepancies in the results. We’re working on perfecting it 🤓

How Does It Work?

Upload Your CSV File

Step 1: Go to the page Bulk Enrichment in your Kaspr Dashboard.
Step 2: Upload a CSV file containing the LinkedIn URLs of the profiles you are looking to enrich.

Step 3: Select your file and continue to choose the mapping fields.

LinkedIn URLs for Bulk Enrichment:

🔔 Important: Make sure your CSV has a dedicated column with standard LinkedIn URLs for your customer profiles—this is how Bulk Enrichment works.

🚨 Note: SalesNavigator URLs aren’t supported. You can only use those through the Kaspr Chrome extension and workflows.

🚨 Troubleshooting: Enrichment may fail if URLs are incorrectly formatted. Use LinkedIn URLs like this:

Step 4: Once the settings window appears, set your search parameters so the automation can enrich your leads. Under Field Mapping, you’ll show Kaspr where the LinkedIn URLs and names are in your file.

Step 5: Select the column containing the LinkedIn URLs. In this example, the column is already labeled LinkedIn URL, so we’ll choose that.

Example of a proper file:

🌟 Best practice:

Use Google Sheets to create your CSV file for the best results. Make sure your file has 3 or fewer columns—the Bulk Enrichment feature won’t work correctly with more than that.

Step 6 (optional): Select the column containing your lead profiles' names. In this example, there’s no name column, so we’ll skip this step.

Step 7: Select the lead list in your where you want to save your leads. Need help creating a list? Click here to learn how.

Step 8: Click Next.

Step 9: Choose whether to enrich your leads' phone numbers, B2B emails, or direct emails. Set each to yes or no based on your needs, and decide if you want them marked as Mandatory.

Step 10: After setting your enrichment options, click Continue to start the enrichment.

📖 If you mark an enrichment point as Mandatory and the data isn’t found, it won’t enrich other data points. This can save you credits.

For example, marking phone number enrichment as mandatory means you’ll only enrich leads that have phone numbers. If Kaspr can’t find a phone number, it won’t use credits on that lead, protecting your credit balance.

🔔 One credit is used for each piece of contact info found during the enrichment (Phone, B2B email, Direct email). Exporting each enriched profile from Kaspr will cost 1 Export Credit.

🚨 A credit will be spent on a profile even if it’s been enriched before. To save credits, ensure the profiles you upload haven’t already been enriched.

How to export the enriched file

Step 1: Once your automation is launched, go to the Files tab on the Bulk Enrichment page, you'll see your file's status as Processing or Completed.

Based on the number of profiles in your file, processing, and enrichment may take longer. On average, for over 5,000 leads, results are ready in about 20 minutes.

🚨 If your file status is Failed, here are three possible reasons:

  1. An unexpected error occurred—try enriching the file again.

  2. You might not have enough credits; ensure you have enough to enrich all the leads in your file.

  3. We couldn’t find the contact data for your leads.

Step 2: Once completed, you'll find your enriched leads added to your Leads page, under the lead list that you chose in the settings.

Step 3: You can download the file and upload it to Excel or Google sheets to view the contact information of your leads. You can also directly export the enriched leads to one of your CRM integrations.

📝 Note

Each time you download your enriched file, it will use Export Credits. To save credits, it's best to download the file only once.

If you run out of Phone Credits but still have Direct email or B2B email Credits, the automation will only search for those corresponding data points.

Unlike Kaspr's widget and workflows, each type of contact info enriched from your file will cost 1 credit, even if it’s been enriched before.

🚨 Each time you export a lead from the Kaspr dashboard, it will cost one Export Credit. Please make sure you only export once if you’d like to save those credits. Additionally, you will not be able to export a Bulk Enrichment file if you have run out of the amount of Export Credits needed (corresponding to the number of leads enriched) to complete this action.

Bulk Enrichment permission settings

Depending on your Kaspr plan, you have different permissions for using the Bulk Enrichment feature. Below are the settings for each plan, applicable to both annual and monthly subscriptions:

Free Plan

  • 3 launches per month: You can upload and enrich up to 3 CSV files each month (1 CSV file counts as 1 launch).

  • 25 leads per launch: Enrich up to 25 leads per CSV file.

🚨 Note: On the Free Plan, you can only view and export the 10 most recent leads on your dashboard, which means you can only export up to 10 leads from your Bulk Enrichment file.

💡 Pro Tip: To export all 25 leads enriched in one launch, first export the 10 most recent leads from the "Leads" tab on your dashboard, then delete those 10 leads. After deletion, the next 10 leads will become available to view and export. Repeat this process until all leads are exported.
