Follow these steps to do so...
Step 1: Go to the Plan & Billing tab on the Billing page.
Step 2: Scroll down to the Plan section.
Step 3: Click on Cancel auto renew.
Step 4: Select a reason for why you are canceling your plan, then press Next.
Step 5: Before finalizing your cancellation, please make sure to carefully review and select all the pertinent details regarding this action.
Step 6: Click Unsubscribe to confirm.
🚨 Please ensure that you cancel your plan before the non-renewal notice deadline. To cancel your subscription plan, you must provide notice within the specified time frame before your renewal date (non-renewal notice deadline).
For annual plans, you need to give notice at least 30 days before the renewal date.
For monthly plans, notice must be given at least 48 hours before the renewal date.
The non-renewal notice deadline is based on the exact hour of the renewal. The notice period is indicated at checkout as well as on your invoice.
🙋 I want to cancel my subscription because I’m switching jobs, can I transfer my plan to a colleague?
Yes, you can transfer your subscription plan and Workspace ownership to a colleague. Select ‘I’m switching jobs’ on the cancellation questionnaire, and you will be directed to the ‘Transfer your subscription to your colleague’ page.
