Being a member of a Kaspr workspace is crucial for easy team collaboration.

This is where you’ll add your leads, create workflows, integrate with other apps, review and export your credit usage, and much more.

In this article, we'll guide you through the process of setting up your own workspace or joining an existing one. So let’s get started!

Create a new Workspace

Step 1: In your Kaspr dashboard, go to Workspace.

Step 2: Click on Create a new Workspace. A new window will pop up.

Now your Workspace is ready!

How to invite a colleague to your Workspace

Step 1: Go to the Workspace page on your Kaspr dashboard, under the Members tab. On Kaspr's Free Plan, you can be up to 20 colleagues in the same free Workspace.

🔔 If you are on a paid plan, click here to learn how to manage your licenses / number of member seats.

Step 2: Click on Add a member.

Step 3: Enter the email(s) of your colleague(s), to add multiple emails press the space bar to add another. Once all your emails are typed and permission settings set, press Send invitations.

🚨 You can only edit advanced member permissions on the Business and Organization plans, to access these custom features upgrade your subscription.

🔔 You will be able to view your pending invitations on your Workspace page.

💡 Tip: You can also quickly add members to your Workspace by scrolling down to view your colleagues who have the same email domain as you. Press the Invite button to add them to your Workspace.

Please note that if you don't have any more available seats, you will need to purchase more licenses to add new members to your Workspace.

💡 Tip: You can add the website domain on your Kaspr settings so your colleagues can easily view and request to join your Workspace. Go to the Settings page of your dashboard, under the Workspace tab, enter the domain name for your company.

Join an existing Workspace

There are two ways to join a Workspace. The first is to receive an invitation, and the second is to request to join a Workspace.

Joining a Workspace via an invitation

Step 1: You've been invited to join a Workspace. Click on the link you've received in your email.

Haven't received your email yet?

If you haven't received your email yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check the spam folder

  2. Check if your email is correct

  3. Contact us on our chatbot

Step 2: The link will take you to Kaspr's dashboard in the Workspace section. Click on accept.

Now you are a member of a new Workspace!

Joining a Workspace via a request

Step 1: Go to your dashboard and select Workspace.
Step 2: Find a workspace you would like to join and click Join.

The admins of the Workspace will then receive a notification, and once they approve your request, you will become a member of the workspace.
