A step-by-step guide to reporting a bug on Kaspr

In this article you will learn how to report a bug on the Kaspr dashboard so our Support Team can make sure your issue is resolved as soon as possible.

How to report a bug from the Kaspr dashboard

Step 1: Go to your Kaspr dashboard and visit the page or area where you are experiencing an issue. No matter what page you're on, there is always a button on the bottom left corner reading: Report a Bug.


Step 2: Once you click on the Report a Bug button, a new window will pop open.

You have two options: draw on the screen to point out where the bug issue is, or screen record a video to showcase the issue.

Draw on the screen to report a bug

Step 1: After choosing to draw on the screen, you will see a top bar appear with various tools to showcase the issue happening. You can draw, highlight, and add notes to explain what happened in depth. Once you're done, click Next on the top bar.

Step 2: Now it's time to fill in the report. Enter your name, email, and select the category relating to the bug, choose the priority of the issue (Urgent, High, Neutral, Low), and leave an explanation or comment.

📝 You can add multiple screenshots to your bug report. Simply click on the + sign next to the Screenshot section and you will be able to create another drawing on the screen to showcase the issue.

Step 3: Once you've filled in the General feedback form, press Submit bug to send your bug report to our Support Team. You will receive an email responding to your report shortly.

Create a screen recording to report a bug

Step 1: After choosing to screen record your bug, click on the red recording icon in the bottom left corner, to Start recording (or press Shift + S). You have the option to record your audio explaining the issue, in addition to drawing on the screen to point out the area of the bug.

Step 2: Once you've finished, click on the red recording button to stop the screen recording. A new window will pop open.

Step 3: Fill in the General feedback form for your bug report. Enter your name, email, select the category of the bug issue, choose the priority status, and type in a comment or explanation of the bug. Once everything is set, press Submit bug to send your report to our Support Team.

📝 You can rewatch your screen recording before submitting the report by clicking on the Screen recording section of the General feedback form.

Check your email for a response from our Support Team

Once you've submitted your bug report, you will receive a response from our Support Team addressing your issue.
