With Kaspr, you can easily find and save your lead's contact information directly from LinkedIn to your dashboard. From there, you can reach out to your prospects and keep track of all your interactions.
Additionally, you can create automations and add your leads in bulk from LinkedIn:
Get the emails and phone numbers of your leads
Step 1: Go to your prospect's LinkedIn profile.
Step 2: Click on the Chrome Extension the see what information Kaspr found.
Step 3: Click Reveal contact details and get the emails and phone numbers of your prospect.
Save your lead in Kaspr
Remark:
Before you can save leads in the Kaspr dashboard, you have to either create a new workspace or join an existing one.
Step 1: The lead will be added to the default list on your Kaspr dashboard.
Step 2: Click Select list to add it to a specific list.
Step 3: On your Kaspr dashboard go to the Leads page. You’ll be able to see the lead you just saved.
Export contacts from the Leads tab
Step 1: In your Kaspr dashboard, go to the Leads tab.
Step 2: Select the leads you want to export.
You can do this step in 3 different ways:
Check the box next to their name
Click "Export all"
Select a list or create a new one
Step 3: Click on Export selected / Export all.
Your export button doesn't work?
Check if you have the right workspace permissions.
Step 4: From the dropdown menu, decide whether you wish to export as a CSV file, Excel sheet, or to one of your CRM integrations.
Exporting leads to one of your integrations
Step 1: If you selected Integrations, a new window will open.
Step 2: Click on the integration of your choice, in this example we will use Salesforce. Select a list and click on export.
