If you're just getting started on Kaspr, read this article to learn some of the best practices for using Kaspr.

Find & save your leads in a list

Step 1: In the Kaspr dashboard, create a list where you’ll save your contacts.

Step 2: Search for a list of prospects on LinkedIn (1). Click on the Kaspr Chrome Extension (2).


Step 3: Name your automation (3). Select which type of data enrichment you’d like to use (4).

Step 4: Select the list you’d like to save your enriched contacts to (5).


Step 5: Select the number of leads (6) and click on Launch now (7).

Step 6: Head over to the Kaspr dashboard and click on Leads. Select the list you created. All your enriched contacts will be listed.

Create tasks

Step 1: In the Kaspr dashboard, go to Tasks (1). Click Create task (2).


Step 2: Attach the task to a lead. A new window will pop up.

Step 3: Fill in the Add a task fields.

Step 4: Start by adding a title (1). Add a memo note about your task (2) and choose who this task needs to be assigned to (3).

Step 5: Select a task type (4) from the dropdown menu. Set a due date (5) and time (6).

Step 6: Once you're done, click on Create. The task will appear in the Kaspr dashboard.

You can also create notes and tasks from detailed and quick view.


Make phone calls

Step 1: In the Kaspr dashboard, go to Leads.

Step 2: Hover over a lead and click on Quick view. A side window will open up.

Step 3: Click on the Phone button and choose the phone integration you’d like to use.


Export leads to CRM

With Kaspr, you can integrate and export contacts to your favourite CRMs. Here’s how you can:

Step 1: In the Kaspr dashboard, go to Leads.

Step 2: Choose a list you created, or select All leads.


Step 3: Click on Export all and choose the type of export you’d like to use.
