With the Kaspr and Salesforce integration, exporting contacts is a quick and easy task.

There are 3 ways to export your leads to Salesforce: via the Kaspr Chrome Extension itself, from your dashboard's "Leads" tab, and by exporting from a workflow.

In this article, we'll walk you through the ways to do this, so you can improve your sales outreach and engage with your prospects more effectively. You'll learn how to set up and use your Salesforce integration on Kaspr.

Let's get started! 🥳

Remark: The contacts you are exporting with Kaspr will be added as "Leads" in Salesforce, not as "Contact".

Set up the integration

Step 1: In the Kaspr dashboard, go to: Settings > Integrations.

Step 2: Click on Connect in the Salesforce window and follow the instructions.

Step 3: Click on Connect to Salesforce.

Step 4: A new Salesforce window will open. Log into your account and allow access.

Step 5: Accept to connect Salesforce with Kaspr. The window will close automatically, and a new one will pop up to map your fields.

Properties Configuration

The property configuration means you can select which property you'd like to send your data-enriched contact to in Salesforce.

Step 1: To update the field from the default field name, select the property you'd like to update it with.

Step 2: Once all your fields are correctly mapped, you can start exporting contacts.

Important: A default field named "Kaspr_source" is automatically created in your Salesforce account so you can easily find the source of contact for GDPR & CCPA reasons.

Export contacts from the Kaspr Chrome Extension

Step 1: Go to LinkedIn and search for the person you want to get contact information from.

Step 2: Click open the Kaspr Chrome.

To export a lead, you need to add them to your Kaspr dashboard.

Step 3: Click on the Export button.

Note: You need to connect Salesforce to Kaspr so you can export your leads.

Step 4: All the integrations will be displayed here. Click on Salesforce.

Step 5: Select a list and click Export.

Export contacts from "Leads" tab

Step 1: In your Kaspr dashboard, go to the Leads tab.

📖 Lead: A contact that a Kaspr user has saved into their Dashboard.

Step 2: Select the leads you want to export.

You can do this step in 3 different ways:

  • Check the box next to their name

  • Click "Export all"

  • Select a list or create a new one

Step 3: Click on Export selected / Export all.

Your export button doesn't work?

Check if you have the right workspace permissions.

Step 4: From the dropdown menu, choose Integrations. A new window will open.

Step 5: Click on Salesforce, select a list, and click on export.

Export contacts from a workflow

Step 1: In your Kaspr dashboard, go to the Sales Automation tab.

📖 Sales Automation is a Kaspr product that enables our users to create automated scenarios to scale their prospecting activities. With Sales Automation, users can launch LinkedIn outreach automations, LinkedIn enrichment automations, and export automations.

Step 2: Click on New workflow. A new window will pop up.

Step 3: From the list of available workflows, choose Integration, click Continue.

Step 4: From the list of integrations, click on Salesforce.

Step 5: Choose a list and click on Continue. A new window will pop up.

Step 6: Name your integration and click Save & Publish.

Step 7: Activate your workflow by clicking on Confirm.

Step 8: Select an enrichment workflow or create a new one.

The enrichment workflow can be used to automatically enrich a list of contacts from LinkedIn and export them to Salesforce.

Step 9: In the enrichment workflow, click on Attach more. A side window will pop up.

Step 10: Select the integration you previously created and click Continue.

You can now launch your workflow from a list of LinkedIn contacts, and the contacts will be automatically enriched and exported to Salesforce.
