How to use Kaspr with Pipedrive

Send leads straight to your sales apps

In this article, we'll show you how to integrate Pipedrive with Kaspr, in addition to how to export contacts to Pipedrive, so you can automate your sales process and cut down on time-consuming tasks.

Connect to Pipedrive in Kaspr

Step 1: In the Kaspr dashboard, go to: Settings > Integrations. Click on Connect in the Pipedrive window and follow the instructions.

Step 2: Access your API key by clicking on click here.

📖 API (Application Programming Interface): It's a set of protocols and definitions that enable the development and integration of application software. APIs allow your product or service to interact with other products and services without requiring knowledge of their implementation.

Step 3: A new window will open. You can log in to your Pipedrive account.
Step 4: On your Pipedrive dashboard, go to Settings > Personal preferences > API. Copy your API key.
Step 5: Paste your API key on the Kaspr dashboard and click submit. A new window will pop up to sync your properties.


Properties configurations

Being able to configure properties means you can select which property you'd like to send your data-enriched contact to in Pipedrive.

A default properties configuration has been done. If you want to check or edit the default properties configuration, continue to read this article.

Important: A default field named "Kaspr_source" is automatically created in your Pipedrive account so you can easily find the source of contact for GDPR & CCPA reasons.

Step 1: To update the property from the default field name, select the property you'd like to update it with.


Step 2: Once all your properties are correctly mapped, you can start exporting contacts.

Export contacts from the Kaspr widget

Step 1: Go to LinkedIn and search for a person you want to get contact information from. Click open the Kaspr widget.

Step 2: Click on the Export button.

Step 3: All the integrations will be displayed here. Select Pipedrive and click on Export.


Export contacts from "Leads"

📖 Lead: A contact that a Kaspr user has saved into their Dashboard.

Step 1: In your Kaspr dashboard, go to the Leads tab. Select the leads you want to export.

You can do this step in 3 different ways:

  • Check the box next to their name

  • Click "Export all"

  • Select a list or create a new one

Step 2: Click on Export selected / Export all.

Your export button doesn't work?

Check if you have the correct workspace permissions.


Step 3: From the dropdown menu, choose Integrations. A new window will pop up.
Step 4: Select Pipedrive and click on Export.


Export contacts from a workflow

Step 1: In your Kaspr dashboard, go to Sales automation.

📖 Sales Automation is a Kaspr product that enables our users to create automated scenarios to scale their prospecting activities. With Sales Automation, users can launch LinkedIn outreach workflows, LinkedIn enrichment workflows, and export workflows.

Step 2: Click on New workflow. A new window will pop up.
Step 3: From the list of available workflows, choose Integration. Click on Continue.
Step 4: From the list of integrations, choose Pipedrive and click Continue. A new window will pop up.


Step 5: Name your integration and click Save and publish.
Step 6: Activate your workflow by clicking on Confirm.
Step 7: Select an enrichment workflow or create a new one.

The enrichment workflow can be used to automatically enrich a list of contacts from LinkedIn and export them to Pipedrive.

Step 8: In the enrichment workflow, click on Attach more. A side window will open.


Step 9: Select the integration you previously created. Click Continue.


You can now launch your workflow from a list of LinkedIn contacts, and the contacts will be automatically enriched and exported to Pipedrive.
