Kaspr's LinkedIn workflows allow you to automate your outreach efforts.

This means you can set up invitations, write personalized messages, enrich your contacts, and more - all from one place. Plus, at the end of your campaign, you can review your LinkedIn outreach performances to see what worked and what didn't.

In this article, you'll learn how to successfully create a LinkedIn outreach workflow with Kaspr.

🚨 This feature is currently under maintenance by our tech team!

Step by step:

Create your workflow

Step 1: From the Sales Automation page on your Dashboard, click on + New workflow.

📖 Workflow: is the series of actions that are necessary to complete a task. Each step in the workflow has a step before it and a step after it, except for the very first and last ones.

Step 2: Select LinkedIn from the templates and click on Continue.

Step 3: Give your workflow a name, to easily find it later.

Set the invitations

Step 1: Click on LinkedIn Invitation, and then a side modal will open.

Step 2: Set the number of invitations you want to send per day under Daily invitations limit.

🔔 Remember - targeted outreach is best! It's best practice to send a limited amount of messages at once, as you might be blocked by LinkedIn for too many in one go. We recommend not exceeding 20 invitations per day. This limit can be increased if you have an active LinkedIn profile.

Create the message sequence

Step 1: Write a compelling message. Once you are done, click Save this step.

Remember to use the personalization features such as First Name, Last Name, Company name etc for better conversion rates.

Step 2: Click on "Set time duration". A right window will pop up where you can enter your waiting time. Click "Continue" to confirm this.

The "Waiting time" defines the number of days you want to wait until you push the contact to the "red side". For example: "If a contact hasn't accepted my LinkedIn invitation after 5 days, then consider the contact as "Not accepted"."

Step 3: To set up automatic messages for the people that accept your invitation, click on "LinkedIn message". A window on the right side will open.

If you don't want to send LinkedIn messages after the contact accepts your invitation, then you can click on "Active" and remove the check.

Remember to use the personalization features such as First Name, Last Name, Company name etc for better conversion rates.

Step 4: Write your message and click on "Save this step".

Enrich people who don't accept the invite

🔔 Why not try another channel if your prospect hasn't accepted your invite? You have the possibility to create multichannel workflow!

Step 1: To enrich prospects that haven't accepted your invite, click on “Attach more”. On the right, a window will pop up.

Step 2: Select the type of enrichment you want, and click on "Continue".

Launch your workflow

Step 1: Once your workflow is set up, click on "Save and publish". A new window will pop up.

Step 2: Click "Confirm" to activate your LinkedIn workflow.

You should be able to see the LinkedIn workflow you've just created on your Kaspr dashboard.

To launch your workflow, you can now go to LinkedIn, and start to send invitations to a list of people you've chosen!

What if my LinkedIn outreach workflow stopped?

There's a few reasons why your LinkedIn outreach workflow is stuck:

  1. Double-check if you've got your workflow switched on. Go to your Kaspr dashboard > Sales automation > make sure the switch is in the blue position. If not, click on the switch to activate it.

  2. Check if your Linkedin account is well syncrhonized with Kaspr. Go to your Kaspr dashboard > Setting > Intgration > Linkedin. If it's not connected, then you should synchronize again.

  3. Check if you have permission on your Kaspr workspace. Go to your Kaspr dashboard > workspace > locate yourself among the members and click on “see permissions”. Check if your permissions are set correctly.
