How to set up an enrichment Workflow

In this article we'll walk you through the best practices for creating your first Workflow on Kaspr

The enrichment Workflow allows you to export and automatically enrich B2B contact data, such as emails and phone numbers, directly from LinkedIn.

Create your first enrichment Workflow

🔔 A best practice for organizing your leads on Kaspr is to create an enrichment Workflow before you launch your sales automation on LinkedIn. This way, you can streamline organizing and sending your leads to your CRMs.

📝 Note: You can still launch a sales automation on LinkedIn without setting up a Workflow, there are standard enrichments already available for you to use (Enrichment with Phone, Enrichment with Email Pro (AKA B2B emails), Enrichment with Email Pro and Phone, or a general Enrichment).

There are two types of data you can enrich on the Kaspr dashboard:

  1. Required data

    1. B2B email required

    2. Phone numbers Required

  2. Optional data

    1. B2B emails

    2. Phone numbers

    3. Direct emails

For Required data, we will only launch the workflow and enrich the contact information if we find the Required data requested. For Optional data, we'll display this contact information if we find it in addition to the Required data.

📖 Workflow: This is the series of actions that are necessary to complete a task. Each step in the Workflow has a step before it and a step after it, except for the very first and last ones.

Step 1: In the Kaspr dashboard, go to the sales automation tab and click New Workflow.

Step 2: From the group of Workflow templates, select Enrichment, and click Continue.

Step 3: A new page will open and you can rename the Workflow under Workflow name.

Step 4: Next, choose the Enrichment settings.

  • For the Required data, you can decide whether to enrich B2B emails, Phone numbers, or both. The Workflow will only launch and enrich the contact information if Kaspr finds this Required data requested.

  • For the Optional data, you can select which type of contact information you'd like to enrich in addition to the Required data. We'll display this contact information if Kaspr finds it in addition to the Required data.

💡 Tips:

  • If you select "B2B emails Required" it means we will only spend the B2B email Credit for a lead if Kaspr finds at least 1 professional email for them. If we also have the phone number we will provide it to you.

  • If you select "Phone numbers Required" it means we will only spend a Phone Credit if Kaspr finds at least 1 phone number for your lead. If we also have the B2B email, we will provide it to you.

  • If you select both "B2B emails Required" and "Phone numbers Required" it means we will only spend the credits on leads we enrich both emails AND phone numbers for.

  • If you don't select any criteria for the data, we will spend the credit, no matter the information we can enrich.

Step 6 (Optional): Now you can connect your Workflow to your CRM! Under Integrations, click on Select an integration.

Step 7: Select an integration from the dropdown menu.

Step 8 (Optional): Click on Configure Mapping to set the properties configurations, a new window will pop up. Once done, press Validate properties.

Launch your Workflow

Step 1: Once you've finished setting up your Workflow, click Save & publish at the top right corner.

Step 2: Click on Confirm to activate your Workflow.

Your Workflow should be published to your Kaspr dashboard, with the status button on.

Create a Lead list on your dashboard

Step 1: Go to your dashboard and open the Leads tab. Click on the Lists button and from the drop-down section select Create a new list.

Step 2: Type the name of the list, based on the category of leads you'll be saving here. Once chosen, click Create.

🔔 Now you're ready to save your leads directly to this list when you launch a sales automation! Once your automation is launched, you can check back to the list on your Leads tab to view your profiles.
