How to use Kaspr with Lemlist

Send your leads straight to Lemlist

With the Kaspr and Lemlist integration, exporting contacts is a quick and easy task.


In this article, we'll show you how to integrate Lemlist with Kaspr, so you can automate your sales process and cut down on time-consuming tasks.


With this integration, you can streamline your workflow, minimize mistakes, and improve the accuracy of your data.

Note: This integration works with Lemlist email outreach and sales engagement plans.

Connect Lemlist to Kaspr

Step 1: In the Kaspr dashboard, go to: Settings > Integrations.

Step 2: Click on Connect in the Lemlist window and follow the instructions.

Step 3: Click on Connect to Lemlist and access your API key by clicking on click here.

📖 API (Application Programming Interface): It's a set of protocols and definitions that enable the development and integration of application software. APIs allow your product or service to interact with other products and services without requiring knowledge of their implementation.


Step 4: A new window will open. Log in to your Lemlist account. In your Lemlist dashboard, go to Settings > Integrations> API and copy your API key.


Step 5: Paste your API key on the Kaspr dashboard and click Submit. A new window will pop up to configure your properties.

Properties configuration

Being able to configure properties means you can select which property you'd like to send your data-enriched contact to in Lemlist.

Important: A default field named "Kaspr_source" is automatically created in your Lemlist account so you can easily find the source of contact for GDPR & CCPA reasons.

Step 1: To update from the default name, select the property you'd like to update it with.
Step 2: Once all your properties are correctly configured, you can start exporting contacts into the right campain on Lemlist.

Export contacts from the Kaspr Chrome Extension

Step 1: Go to LinkedIn and search for the person you want to get contact information from.

Step 2: Click open the Kaspr Chrome Extension.

To export a lead, you need to add them to your Kaspr dashboard.

Step 3: Click on the Export button.

Note: You need to connect Salesforce to Kaspr so you can export your leads.

Step 4: All the integrations will be displayed here. Click on Lemlist.

Step 5: Select a campaign and click Export.

Export contacts from "Leads" tab

Step 1: In your Kaspr dashboard, go to the Leads tab.

Step 2: Select the leads you want to export.

You can do this step in 3 different ways:

  • Check the box next to their name

  • Click "Export all"

  • Select a list or create a new one


Step 3: Click on Export selected / Export all.

Your export button doesn't work?

Check if you have the right workspace permissions.

Step 4: From the dropdown menu, choose Integrations. A new window will open.


Step 5: Click on Lemlist, select a campaign, and click on export.


Export contacts from a workflow

Step 1: In your Kaspr dashboard, go to the Sales Automation tab.

📖 Sales Automation is a Kaspr product that enables our users to create automated scenarios to scale their prospecting activities. With Sales Automation, users can launch LinkedIn outreach automations, LinkedIn enrichment automations, and export automations.

Step 2: Click on New workflow. A new window will pop up.

Step 3: From the list of available workflows, choose Integration, click Continue.


Step 4: From the list of integrations, choose Lemlist.

Step 5: Select a campaign and click on Continue.

Step 6: Name your integration and click Save & Publish.

Step 7: Activate your workflow by clicking on Confirm.
Step 8: Select an enrichment workflow or create a new one.

The enrichment workflow can be used to automatically enrich a list of contacts from LinkedIn and export them to Lemlist.

Step 9: In the enrichment workflow, click on Attach more. A side window will pop up.

Step 10: Select the integration you previously created and click Continue.

You can now launch your workflow from a list of LinkedIn contacts, and the contacts will be automatically enriched and exported to Lemlist.
