On the Sales Automation page of the Kaspr dashboard, you can check the performance of each enrichment Workflow. In the Performance section, you can review and keep track of the contact data each Workflow launch has found. This is also where you can relaunch and refresh the Workflow to potentially find more of your leads' data.

Let's get started! 🥳

Check your Workflow's performance

1. Go to the Sales Automation page on your dashboard. Select the enrichment workflow you'd like to review by clicking on its row.

2. Next, select the Performance. This section is also where you can find the Settings, Launches, or View profiles tabs for your enrichment Workflow.

3. From the Performance tab, you can view the Total contacts requested to be enriched via the Kaspr widget, the total amount of contacts found and Treated, and the enriched phone numbers and emails.

💡 Pro Tip: By clicking the refresh button on the top right corner, you can refresh your enrichment Workflow. If you notice that the enrichment hasn't found a majority of the Total contacts you requested to find, you can relaunch the Workflow here. The enrichment Workflow may need to be refreshed for more phone numbers and emails to be found.

📝 Note: Once the Total Contacts (amount of leads requested to be enriched) and the amount of Treated leads are equal, it means that the workflow has fully processed all leads and the enrichment process is complete.

4. Click on the View profiles tab to review the profiles and contact data of your enriched leads. These leads will also be saved to the Lead list you selected when setting up and launching the enrichment, you can go to the Leads page to view your lists.
