How to manage your subscription plan

This article provides a guide on how to manage subscription plans and update payment information on Kaspr.

Whether you're looking to change your plan, boost your credits, manage licenses, or update your payment information, this step-by-step guide is designed to make the process seamless and user-friendly.

Let's ensure that every aspect of your subscription aligns with your goals 🤝

How to change your plan

Step 1: Go to the Upgrade tab on the Billing page.

Step 2: Choose the plan you wish to switch to (annual or monthly) or edit your current plan.

Step 3: Tailor your plan by selecting the number of users you need in addition to add-on credits.

Step 4: Once you've finalized your updates, click on Checkout to continue to pay.

Step 5: Fill in your billing information and make sure it's correct.

Step 6: A new window will pop up to let you know that your payment is being processed. Click on OK.

Step 7: Your plan will be updated in the Kaspr dashboard.

📝 Note: If you want to change your email address, please reach out to our support team at [email protected]. Deleting your account will also delete your subscription plan, so it's best practice to contact our team beforehand if you wish to keep your plan.

How to get more credits

💡 Add-on credits can be purchased at any time during your subscription (monthly or annual). They are automatically renewed, but any unused credits during the billing period won't be carried over to the next period, so we recommend purchasing only the credits you will use.

🤑 There are 3 types of credits you can buy: Phone Credits, Direct Email Credits, and Export Credits.

Step 1: Go to the Plan & Billing tab on the Billing page.

Step 2: Scroll down to the Plan section.

Step 3: Select which type of credit you would like to buy.

Step 4: Click on Purchase Add-ons next to the credits you want to buy.

Step 5: Slide the bar to the number of credits you need, and click Checkout to continue to pay.

Step 6: Fill in your billing information and make sure it's correct.

Step 7: A new window will pop up to let you know that your payment is being processed. Click on OK.

Step 8: Your credits will be updated in the Kaspr dashboard.

How to manage your licenses

Step 1: Go to the Plan & Billing tab on the Billing page.

Step 2: Scroll down to the Plan section.

Step 3: Click on the + button next to Licenses.

Step 4: Select the total number of licenses you want to have in your Workspace.

Step 5: Click on Continue.

Step 6: Fill in your billing information and make sure it's correct.

Step 7: Check that your order is correct and click Continue to payment.

Step 8: A new window will pop up to let you know that your payment is being processed. Click on OK.


Step 9: The number of seats available will be updated in the Kaspr dashboard.

Once you have seats available, you can add more colleagues to your Workspace.

Step 11: Go to Workspace

Step 12: Click on Add a member to send an invitation

🔔 Here's a quick tutorial video on how to add new members to your team Workspace on Kaspr. Once you've purchased the necessary licenses as part of your subscription plan, follow these simple steps to collaborate with your team.

How to update your payment information

Step 1: Go to the Plan & Billing tab on the Billing page.

Step 2: Below Payment method, click on Update payment information.

Step 3: Fill in the Billing information you want to update.

Step 4: Click Confirm.

Review your billing details

Step 1: Go to the Plan & Billing tab on the Billing page.

Step 2: Click on Billing details to open your subscription plan details.

Step 3: After reviewing your details, simply close the window.

💼 Planning to change jobs? No worries! You can keep your Kaspr account details when transitioning to a new role or company.

It is possible to transfer your current license and credits to your new role. You have two options:

  1. Create a new account using your new company email and contact our team to facilitate the transfer of your account details and credits.

  2. Continue logging into your current Kaspr account, even if your work email is deactivated.
