How to enrich contacts from Sales Navigator

This article will guide you through building a lead list using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and show you how to enrich those contacts with the Kaspr Chrome Extension. This means you'll be able to find quality leads and add them to your Kaspr dashboard in just a few steps!

How to create and save leads to a Lead list on Sales Navigator

Step 1: In your Leads tab of Sales Navigator, select + Create lead list. Name your list based on the category of profiles you're creating.

Step 2: Once you've created your lead list, search for your ideal customer profile (ICP) on Sales Navigator. You will need to start saving those searched leads to your previously created list.

Step 3: There are two ways to save your lead on Sales Navigator once you've found a profile that you like the look of.

The first way is to look underneath your profile's name and click Save. A drop down menu will appear, select the lead list you want to save this lead to.

The second way to save your lead's profile is to check the right hand side of the screen, under the Lists section, click the Save button. From the drop down menu you can choose the list(s) you wish to save this lead to.

🔔 Once you've added your qualified leads to your desired list on Sales Navigator, you can bulk enrich them with the Kaspr Chrome Extension.

📝 Tip: You can also build your lead list by using the search filters on Sales Navigator, and then directly bulk enriching from that search list. The process is the same as when using Kaspr with LinkedIn, check out this article to learn how.

How to enrich your Sales Navigator lead list with Kaspr

Step 1: Make sure you have the Kaspr Google Chrome Extension and that you have a saved list of your qualified leads on LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Step 2: From the Home page of Sales Navigator, on the righthand side of the search bar, select Lead filters +.

Step 3: Scroll down and under the Workflow section, select Lead lists. Find the lead list you previously created and choose Include.

Step 4: Collapse the side view and click open the Kaspr Chrome Extension.

Step 5: Name your automation and select the enrichment workflow you'd like to use and pick the lead list you previously created on your Kaspr dashboard that you'd like to save them to.

Step 6: Finally, select the number of leads you want to enrich (based on the number of leads in your list) and click Launch now.

📝 You will need to create a separate lead list to save your contacts to on your Kaspr dashboard, this will help you to stay organized with your enrichment workflows and leads' profiles! To learn more about creating a lead list on Kaspr, click here.

Send your leads to your CRM or export as a CSV file

Step 1: Once you've launched the automation, either click See my leads or manually head over to the Kaspr dashboard.

Step 2: Find your leads in your lead list to export them straight to your integrations or export them by CSV.

📝 Tip: If you have an existing saved list on Sales Navigator, just filter your search by "Prospect list" and select the Sales Navigator list you want to import.
