Types of credit
Kaspr has four types of different credits:
B2B Email Credits: Allows to reveal professional email addresses of contacts.
Phone Credits: Allows to reveal phone numbers of professional contacts.
Direct Email Credits: Allows to reveal personal email addresses of professional contacts.
Export Credits: Allows to export contact details outside of the Kaspr platform, for example into your CRM.
Find and download your credit usage history
Step 1: Go to the Activity tab from your Workspace.
Step 2: Click on Export
Step 3: Select the type of file and begin the export.
💡 Why do I sometimes spend two credits on a profile? If a profile has 2 contact details (phone and email, for example) it is possible to spend 2 types of credits by extracting these two details from one profile.
