Admins wield a comprehensive set of tools within Kaspr, including full access to permissions, billing details, and user activities. On the other hand, members possess the ability to view, edit, and export enriched leads, create workflows, and seamlessly integrate data into various platforms.


Admins:

  • Navigate all permissions, gaining insights into the statistics and activities of each member.

  • Access billing information and the flexibility to modify subscription plans.

  • Define monthly credit limits for individual members.

Members:

  • View enriched leads, make edits, and add notes.

  • Export lead data effortlessly in CSV or Excel formats.

  • Engage in viewing, editing, and creating Workflows for streamlined processes.

  • Seamlessly export data to a variety of integrations. Explore integrations

Editing member permissions

Step 1: Go to Workspace.

Step 2: Search for the member you want to set the permissions.

Step 3: Click on Edit on the member's card to see the current permissions.


Step 4: Tick the specific permissions aligning with your user's role.

Step 5: Click on Edit member to save the changes.
