Before taking this step, please consider a few important points:

  • Irreversible Action: Once deleted, an account cannot be recovered.

  • Data Loss: Deleting your account means bidding farewell to all associated data – leads, activity, credits, and invoices.

  • Permanent Decision: This action is final. You won't be able to recreate a Kaspr account using the same email.

  • Communication Change: Expect no further emails from us, except for the deletion confirmation.

  • Chrome Extension Information: Deleting your account won't remove any contact information on the Kaspr Chrome Extension. To opt-out, follow this link.

Trouble linking your LinkedIn account? If your answer is yes, follow these steps:

  1. Log out from the current account and log in with your previous Kaspr account.

  2. Go to your Kaspr Dashboard > Settings > Integration.

  3. Unsync your LinkedIn account.

If you can't access your previous account, reach out to us via the chatbot, and a Kaspr team member will assist you.

Ready to proceed with your account deletion? Follow these steps:

Step 1: Go to Your Profile on the Settings page.

Step 2: Scroll down to Delete my account

Step 3: Click on Delete my account

🚨 Remark: Please note that you are required to give notice of your intent to cancel your subscription no later than 48 hours before your renewal date for monthly plans and one month before your renewal date for annual plans. Failure to cancel within these specified these notice periods will result in an inability to process your cancellation for the upcoming payment cycle.

What if I change my mind and don't want to delete my account? No problem! You can create another Kaspr account, but with a different email address.
